My story

Hello! I’m Teresa.

I’ve always been drawn to the creative life; drawing, designing, painting, and writing. I attended the renowned BealArt school, in London, Ontario, learning how to draw, paint, create etchings, lithography, ceramics, screen printing, photography and darkroom techniques.

I worked for a while as a Graphic Artist but found the fine art background insufficient. Returning to school helped to further upgrade my skill set at Fanshawe College’s Advertising art program. This course gave me a solid grounding in Graphic Design and Production. I launched my business in 1997, and after having my third child, I let it all go until she was in grade one.

In 2012, I earned my Website Professional Certificate and launched TSL Graphic & Website Design. Since then, I've worked with large corporations and small businesses, creating websites and print materials, with a clean aesthetic and uncluttered design, to give people an experience of clarity, communication, and brand awareness. Current design trends, changes in the market, advancements in communication, and software development inform my approach to each project and website design.

I’ve met wonderful people, and have developed strong connections and relationships in the process.  My greatest satisfaction is helping a client's business gain exposure, recognition, growth, and success.
